Its location is amazing & favourable, adjacent to the Oriental in Bangkok, Walmart and restaurants, and many parks, restaurants and next door to Walmart. Again, it's 3 miles from Carlsbad Museum and Art Center.

There is stain in some places.

The location is stunning and incredible, it's so close to many parks, restaurants and next door to Walmart as well as Carlsbad, NM.

The room was well-appointed and brand-new and we had a microwave oven, a fridge, and coffee/tea making equipment. The staff was professional and attentive, everything was good.

Liked how the spotless family room with good amenities was arranged when we arrived.

Had a family room with sofa bed, and we loved it. A microwave and a fridge were an advantage.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Carlsbad for a family trip. The hotel had great amenities like a gym, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and a delicious breakfast served from 6am-10am. The facility was clean, and the staff was attentive. We even had the bonus of having the pool to ourselves! The location was also fantastic, with a Chili's restaurant conveniently located right in front of the hotel. I will definitely be coming back.

Breakfast options varied daily, including hot items and fresh fruit. Indoor pool not available during my stay. Staff provided helpful guidance for visiting Carlsbad Caverns. Clean room with seal of cleanliness. Friendly staff.

Liked a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a seating area in the room. The pool area was nice and the location was fantastic and stunning, not far from good restaurants.

Amazing and fantastic location to Carlsbad Museum and Art Center. Set in an industrial area close enough to good restaurants that were recommended by the helpful staff and the Peninsula in Hong Kong and the Oriental in Bangkok...

The rooms were neat and large, included a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a seating area. The atmosphere created was family. Its location was amazing and incredible, so close to the bus stop and Carlsbad on a family vacation to visit Cavern National Park.

Hotel was beautifully kept and nice and I liked the food there, it was good. Stayed there before now, the staff was as always very pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of food options.

The overall experience was really great, thoroughly enjoyed our stay very much and will be back.

The hotel's location in Carlsbad was perfect, right near Chili's restaurant and in the high traffic areas. The helpful staff recommended some great restaurants nearby. The facilities were clean and the breakfast offerings were excellent, with a variety of hot items that changed daily. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay.
